      • Speeds, Stated speeds are based on theoretical maximums, and actual speeds will be affected by various factors including NZ and overseas networks, your modem and computer technology including WiFi capability, internal wiring and other environmental factors.
      • Availability, There are a number of factors that can affect whether or not you can get Broadband at your premises as well as the stability and performance of your Broadband connection. For this reason and the other reasons set out here we do not guarantee service until installation is complete and your line has been tested.
      • Hardware, Optional Extra as rental or Outright purchase.
      • Installation, ADSL installations will attract install fees based on the costs incurred by Chorus to provision the service. The most common of these charges are listed below.

          • Installation, In most cases there should be no additional installation charges for a VDSL installation except where Chorus or Voicepro need to work on internal premises wiring (Restore Premises Wiring Fault).

              • Installation, Standard Installation Charge $95 excl GST. Business UFB Connections will attract an installation charge for a standard install. Complex installations that require additional trenching or site work may incur additional installation charges, but these will be advised and quoted in advance. Complex installation charges apply to both residential and business connections. Standard installation fees only apply to business connections.
